Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. 8jilizz will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify 8jilizz support immediately.
8jilizz may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
8jilizz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 8jilizz are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

In no event shall 8jilizz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8jilizz account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8jilizz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon suspension, access to your account and any associated funds may be restricted pending investigation.
You may close your 8jilizz account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any outstanding withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts subject to active investigations may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to 8jilizz's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
8jilizz operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body.
8jilizz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8jilizz will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
